About Me
Lived Experience Meets Physiotherapy Expertise
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with almost thirty years experience. As a parent I have spent over 15 years navigating this space. I have experienced the confusion around diagnostic pathways and the difficulty finding appropriate care. Motivated to understand and manage the hypermobility within my family, I have invested heavily in educating myself and networking with like-minded health care professionals.

Values
I believe that parents are already the experts when it comes to their own children. I value their observations, experiences and concerns. My approach is child and family-centered. The pace at which we approach management will be tailored to each families capacity to work through strategies and solutions.
Motivation
I am passionate about educating and supporting parents to support their children. Together we can identify and work through barriers and help our kids and teens to reach their full potential at home, at school, socially and through their hobbies and sports.
